Strategies for Dealing w/ Troubled, Toxic or Negative People / Online / Cost Per Person $110.
Description:
This 3-hour online workshop will examine two different concepts of troubled employees. One is based on psychological disorders. Some, which are common, and some, which may be less so. The other concept is about poor behavior and attitudes. Although the two concepts can be related or have some overlap, we will talk about them as separate (for the most part). Examining strategies for dealing with negative personalities will play a prominent part in this workshop. Who should attend? This class is designed for any employee, supervisor or manager to help employees at all levels.
