Description:
This course is designed to teach methods for effective delivery of excellent customer service and experience. In this course, you will learn how to meet and exceed customer expectations through strategy, empathy and delivery. Course will be delivered online in the format of a lecture and discussion coupled with activities to engage you and reinforce learning.
