They do what they do because they either don't know an alternative or life has negatively affected their ability to interact reasonably. Managing Difficult Employees will address how to communicate in such circumstances so that they - and you - are respected and heard. We'll talk about conflict with resistant, angry, and disgruntled people and participants will leave with a variety of approaches for reaching a reasonable resolution.
