Lean Green Belt / In-Person / Cost Per Person $600.00
Description
The focus of this learning is on facilitation and change management. Participants prepare to become Lean practitioners and learn how to guide a group through problem solving circumstances, while considering the challenges of organizational change. Following the three learning segments, learning colleagues will implement practice plans to develop and refine essential green belt skills. Prerequisite: Yellow Belt. Dates: January 24, 27, February 7 and 10, 2025. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
