Leading and Navigating Change - Online - Cost Per Person $280.00
Description
This interactive, online course will help you discover how to manage change at all levels: the individual, the department, and the organization. Focus will be on understanding what change is and why it’s important; understanding the challenges of creating and managing organization change; recognizing the impact of change on individuals; exploring models for developing and implementing change initiatives; and to consider strategies for overcoming resistance to change. Course Method: Partially self-paced; runs one week fully online in Moodle with online content and assignments. Full Course: September 23 and 25, 2024 Live Session: Monday and Wednesday 9:30 to 11:00 am
