Most people dont get up in the morning saying, "I think I will be as obnoxious as possible" or "with luck, today, no one will like me." They do what they do because they either dont know an alternative or life has negatively affected their ability to interact reasonably. Managing Difficult Employees will address how to communicate in such circumstances so that they - and you - are respected and heard. Well talk about conflict with resistant, angry, and disgruntled people and participants will leave with a variety of approaches for reaching a reasonable resolution.
