Strategic Planning – Online – Cost Per Person $150.00
Description
Provides a practical understanding of strategic planning, including how to think strategically, how to identify applicable goals, objectives, and metrics, and how to use the planning process to align your team or organization towards a common set of goals. 4-6 hours of self-paced readings, exercises, and group chat via an online, Moodle classroom, along with two online discussions. Online Moodle classroom open on Monday at 9:00 am – Friday at 4:00 pm. Live lecture / discussion sessions on MS Teams, Monday, and Thursday 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
